Medical protocols
Our repatriation services are based on what is established by the IATA Medical Manual and the FAA Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI).
SLA (Service Level Agreements):
Our legal department will be happy to evaluate your Service Level Agreement model. If you do not have a specific model, we will suggest an SLA with which both parties feel comfortable.
Medical Certification:
All our Medical Escort are trained in aeronautical medicine, familiar with the HEMS environment and are accredited by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) in terms of ALS (advanced life support). Our medical director is specialized in MEDEVAC, multiple casualty accidents and major catastrophe care.
