To whom it may concern. Recently I found myself in need of the service your company provides. And whilst I had never thought I would ever be in a position to require a repatriation team, I am beyond grateful that it was your team that managed the situation I was facing. From the offset, there was constant communication and a line of support I never expected. At a time where I was dealing with overwhelming anxiety and a fierce uncertainty as to whether I wouldever get my mother back home, Repatria Medica came to our aid in the form of Nurse Maria. I will never forget the moment Maria arrived at the hospital for my mothers pre flight assessment -all my concerns had lifted and I felt like we finally had the support we'd needed to get my her home. Maria took charge of everything she needed for the journey home and carried out her responsibilities with the utmost proficiency and care. She managed to make us both feel so at ease and I can honestly say we both feel blessed that she was the nurse my mum had to chaperone us back to England! Maria is a credit to Repatria Medica and I will always be grateful to her! I have no doubt that she will help so many other people in the same situation, given the chance. She is certainly someone to be proud of. I would only hope that if I were to ever find myself in need of a repatriation team again then it would be Repatria Medica to help me through it and specifically Maria, to help me get home.
